EXTRUSION

Strength in Every Profile

High-performance extrusion lines shaping durable solutions.

EXTRUSION

EAS Aluminium produces approximately 20,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually using advanced extrusion lines compliant with European standards. Our profiles are tailored to the specific needs of industries such as architecture, automotive, defense, and solar energy.

During the extrusion process, raw materials of various alloys are shaped into desired cross-sections under controlled heat and pressure. The resulting products undergo rigorous testing for mechanical strength, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. With the introduction of our fully automated Presezzi extrusion line in 2025, we will enhance our production speed, energy efficiency, and overall product quality.

FAQ

Aluminium Extrusion — Questions & Answers

What extrusion capacity does EAS Aluminium offer?
Our integrated campus delivers up to 20,000 tonnes per year, including a modern Presezzi press line detailed on our extrusion factory page.
Which alloys can you extrude?
We work with 6xxx series alloys including 6060, 6063, 6005 and 6082 for architectural, solar and industrial applications.
Can you develop a new custom extrusion die?
Yes. Our tool production team designs and manufactures dies. Share your drawing and we will advise on feasibility, tolerances and lead time.
What profile lengths are available?
Standard extruded lengths up to 7 m with precision cutting to project requirements and export-ready bundling.
Do you offer in-house surface finishing?
Yes. Wagner powder coating and anodizing are performed on site for unified quality control and shorter lead times.
Do you export extruded profiles to the EU?
Yes. We export from Svilengrad, Bulgaria to EU and regional markets with documented QA and logistics support.
Can you provide CBAM documentation?
We support EU customers with CBAM-related embedded emissions documentation on request per order or programme.
How do I request an extrusion quotation?
