PACKAGING SYSTEM
How the Packaging Code Works
Every EAS export configuration is written as P-x + S-x + C-x, combining a pallet base, an internal separator and an outer wrapping. This modular system lets us match the right level of protection to each profile type, surface finish and destination.
Pallet types (P)
- P-U — Uncovered pallet for standard, robust profiles.
- P-N — Pallet with nylon or carton cover for added surface protection.
- P-E — Euro pallet for standardized handling and stacking.
Separator types (S)
- S-0 — Without separator, for profiles that can be packed directly.
- S-1 — Paper separator between layers to prevent contact marks.
- S-C — Cardboard strips for stronger inter-layer protection.
- S-F — Protection foil for sensitive or coated surfaces.
Wrapping types (C)
- C-0 — Without nylon wrapping.
- C-1 — Full nylon wrapping for moisture and dust protection during transit.
Example — P-E + S-F + C-1: a Euro pallet with protection foil between layers and a full nylon outer wrap, ideal for coated profiles shipped over long distances.
