EAS Aluminium | Building the Future of Aluminium: New 35,000 m² Extrusion Facility Under Construction

As part of our long-term strategic growth plan, EAS Aluminium has commenced the construction of a state-of-the-art 35,000 m² extrusion facility in 2025. This flagship investment marks a new era for our European operations—boosting production capabilities, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

Construction Progress Update As of July 2025, on-site civil works continue on schedule. • 24 concrete sockets have been successfully poured. • Reinforcement and formwork preparations for an additional 12 sockets are actively in progress.

A Next-Generation Production Campus in Progress

Once completed, the new plant will integrate:
•A fully automated Presezzi extrusion line
•High-capacity melting furnaces and billet preparation zones
•Mist Profile Cooling (M.P.C.T.) systems for dimensional precision
•Smart warehousing and digital traceability infrastructure
•In-house anodizing and Wagner electrostatic powder coating lines

This production campus is designed as a fully integrated system—combining cutting-edge machinery with advanced automation and sustainability principles.

Powered by Presezzi Technology & Intelligent Control Systems

At the core of our new line lies advanced Italian Presezzi Extrusion technology, enabling high-precision production of 6000 series aluminium profiles.

Key System Components:
•L.E.C. Stirrer Melting Furnace (80-ton capacity) – Reduced dross, optimized efficiency
•Billet Gas Heaters – Triple heat recovery for maximum energy savings
•P.E.E.S. Control Unit – Real-time extrusion system optimization
•M.P.C.T. (Mist Profile Cooling Technology) – Perfect shape retention with lower energy input

Sustainability & Full CBAM Compliance

Our upcoming facility is engineered for carbon-conscious, CBAM-compliant production. The fully automated systems ensure:
•Significant reduction in material and energy waste
•Carbon footprint minimization
•Products classified as EU-origin goods, exempt from CBAM reporting requirements

Additionally, the plant will include a closed-loop waste management system and water/energy recovery mechanisms—designed to achieve near-zero environmental impact.

Strategic Capacity Growth for European Markets

Upon completion, our annual extrusion capacity will increase to over 30,000 tons.
Key operational benefits include:
•Expanded product range of over 9,000 profiles
•Faster service and shorter lead times for key markets
•Optimized stock production for Germany, France, the Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Belgium, and beyond

Certified Excellence, Digitally Managed

The new production lines will fully comply with:
•CE, Qualicoat, and ISO 9001:2018 certifications
•Real-time quality control and traceability from extrusion to packaging
•Tight tolerances and consistent surface performance guaranteed

Commissioning Timeline

The construction is progressing on schedule, with mechanical installations expected to begin in Q4 2025. The facility is set to launch full-scale operations in the first quarter of 2026.

Let’s Shape the Future, Together

At EAS Aluminium, we do more than manufacture profiles—we engineer the future. Our new extrusion facility represents a bold step forward in delivering faster, smarter, and more sustainable aluminium solutions for Europe and beyond.
