EAS ALUMINIUM COMMISSIONS PRESEZZI EXTRUSION PRESS LINE

EAS Aluminium has commissioned a new-generation extrusion press line from Italian technology leader Presezzi, in line with its strategic objective to strengthen its production infrastructure with advanced technologies. With an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, this investment elevates the company’s standards in aluminium profile manufacturing in terms of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Designed with a focus on high performance and precision, the Presezzi extrusion press line is equipped with advanced automation systems, a digital control infrastructure, optimized production processes, and high-level energy-saving technologies. The modern billet heating furnaces on the line ensure homogeneous temperature distribution of the material, enhancing extrusion quality, while precise pressure and speed control enable production within tight tolerance ranges.

Within the scope of the fully integrated production approach, the press line offers:
• The capability to produce larger profile dimensions compared to its counterparts, thanks to its press force and press exit structure
• More stable production through billet cutting systems, particularly delivering superior quality in automotive profiles
• Increased operational efficiency with fully automated loading and unloading systems
• The ability to achieve desired alloy and hardness levels with advanced cooling systems
• High dimensional stability under heavy loads, enabled by the inherent structural strength of the press
• Minimum tolerance deviation through precision cutting technologies
• Optimized mechanical strength through ageing furnaces and heat treatment processes
• Real-time production monitoring and process optimization via digital tracking and data collection systems
• Superior surface quality achieved through nitrogen die cooling and the inert atmosphere created at the press outlet using nitrogen gas

This advanced technological infrastructure ensures continuity in production processes, maintains consistent quality standards, and maximizes production efficiency.

With an annual capacity of 10,000 tons, the new press line significantly enhances EAS Aluminium’s production capabilities, enabling the manufacturing of larger cross-sections, more complex geometries, and aluminium profiles requiring high surface quality. This investment allows the company to meet high standards for architectural systems, industrial applications, and specialized engineering solutions.

With the commissioning of the press line, EAS Aluminium has also increased its order fulfillment speed, achieving shorter lead times and more flexible production planning. At the same time, the company aims to further strengthen its competitive position in global markets, particularly in Europe.

EAS Aluminium continues its steady growth by placing high quality, reliability, sustainable production, and environmental responsibility at the core of its operations, supported by technology-driven investments and strong engineering capabilities in aluminium extrusion.
