EAS Aluminium’s New Integrated Facility Is Rising: A Milestone in Construction Progress

EAS Aluminium’s strategic investment to strengthen its footprint in the European market is taking shape  quite literally. Our new, fully integrated production campus in Edirne has entered a significant phase in its construction journey: the installation of vertical support columns is now underway, transforming blueprints into physical progress.

Spanning an impressive 35,000 m², the facility is designed to consolidate the entire aluminium profile production cycle  from extrusion and anodizing to powder coating and CNC machining  under a single, smart roof. The prefabricated concrete columns currently being erected on-site form the structural spine of the main production hall, while simultaneous work continues on foundation reinforcement, drainage systems, and underground utilities, laying the groundwork for long-term operational durability.

But this isn’t just a construction update  it’s a window into the future of aluminium manufacturing.

At EAS Aluminium, we believe that infrastructure is not merely concrete and steel; it’s an enabler of transformation. That’s why this new campus is not only a physical expansion but also a bold leap forward in our commitment to smart, traceable, and sustainable manufacturing.

Once completed, the facility will feature:
  •  Fully automated extrusion lines, delivering consistent quality and higher throughput
  •  Environmentally responsible surface treatment systems, aligned with EU standards and CBAM regulations
  •  Smart warehousing with real-time inventory tracking
  •  Digital traceability, allowing seamless tracking from raw material to finished profile
  •  Energy-efficient systems to reduce carbon footprint and operational costs

These components are not add-ons  they’re integral to our design philosophy. We are investing not only in capacity, but in capability, resilience, and future-readiness.

A Gateway to Europe

This integrated plant marks more than just an industrial milestone for us — it’s a strategic gateway into the European market. By localizing production with European logistics advantages, we aim to reduce lead times, optimize costs, and support our clients with just-in-time delivery models.

Moreover, this facility will be a talent hub, creating new employment opportunities in engineering, automation, quality control, and sustainable production. We’re building a workplace where innovation thrives and next-generation aluminium solutions are born.

What’s Next?

As the columns rise, so does our anticipation. The next construction phases will focus on:
  •  Roof and wall panel installation
  •  Machinery foundations
  •  Electrical and mechanical installations
  •  Commissioning of automated systems

Shortly after, we’ll begin integrating surface treatment lines, CNC machinery, and quality control labs, leading us into the final stages before operational launch.

We’re not just building a factory — we’re building the future of aluminium.

Stay tuned as we continue to share updates from the site. The journey has just begun, but the vision is clear: to set new benchmarks for aluminium manufacturing in Europe.
